Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Phineus Gage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gregory Jules (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Gage might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Mac Lethal - Black Widow Spider . Phineus Gage could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Gregory Jules's chin.

The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Skip Squint and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gage throws a hook but Jules blocks it.
A head kick misses from Jules.
Jules throws a sloppy head kick and Gage moves out of range easily.
Jules pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Jules throws a head kick that Gage semi-blocks.
Jules lands a front kick.
Gage throws the kick towards the body but Jules avoids it.
A combination from Gage does no damage.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Gage!
It looks like Gregory Jules has been cut.
Gregory Jules seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Jules takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Gage blocks a head kick by Jules.
Gage takes a kick to the side of the head.
Jules throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Gage throws a hook to the side of Jules's head but Jules sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Jules lands with a kick to the ribs.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Gage crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Jules - the referee stops the clock and Gage gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Jules. Gage manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Jules lands with a kick to the ribs.
Jules misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Jules throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Gage is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Gregory Jules!
