Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vince Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Fitch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fitch bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Carter's guard.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Fitch crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Carter - the referee stops the clock and Fitch gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Carter. Fitch manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Fitch manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Carter on his heels. He'll look to pass Carter's guard now, I'm sure.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Carter, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
