Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Anders Bergh!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Graham Who Dat!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Gregory Folan and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Who Dat throws a push kick but Bergh slaps the foot to one side.
Bergh wants to clinch

and Who Dat counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Who Dat.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Bergh has momentary wrist control but Who Dat slips an elbow through the middle.
Bergh keeping moving, preventing Who Dat from controlling successfully.
Bergh looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Bergh wants to stand up but Who Dat is controlling him.

Who Dat drops back, looking for a kneebar! Bergh looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Bergh looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Bergh!

Who Dat trying to control but he's not successful this time.

Bergh has hold of Who Dat's hands but Who Dat slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Who Dat is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Bergh doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Who Dat.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bergh is controlling Who Dat's position as best he can from this difficult position.
Bergh is trying to control but Who Dat passes into side control!
Bergh might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Bergh is trying to control Who Dat's posture but Who Dat avoids it.
Bergh is looking to regain half guard here but Who Dat keeps moving and retains side control.

Who Dat wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Bergh, who protects the arm well.
Bergh is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Who Dat is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Who Dat is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bergh is just riding it out for now. Who Dat eventually gives up the hold.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Bergh shoots in looking for a takedown but Who Dat manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bergh's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Bergh forces Who Dat back against the cage and clinches.

Bergh is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Who Dat gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Bergh displaying some good clinch control by pressing Who Dat up against the cage.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Who Dat fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bergh sprawls well initially but Who Dat persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Who Dat looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Bergh with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Who Dat is looking to take a break and control but Bergh is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Bergh is trying to maintain the position but Who Dat is very close to passing his half guard.
Who Dat seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Who Dat prevents Bergh from improving his position.
Who Dat wants to control but Bergh is keeping him busy.
Who Dat stops Bergh from getting back to his feet.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Graham Who Dat was stalling too much, according to the referee.
