Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kingdom Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Risto Korpisuo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson comes to the cage accompanied by Darkthrone - Under a Funeral Moon. Korpisuo is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Eläkeläiset - Humpparaakki. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Risto Korpisuo!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Arvi Lind and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice shot by Jackson.
Korpisuo slips a jab and a cross from Jackson.

Jackson gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Korpisuo cracks Jackson with a nice body shot.
Korpisuo stalls.
Korpisuo is leaning against Jackson and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Korpisuo is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Jackson is defending well for now.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Korpisuo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jackson was well out of range. Poor timing from Korpisuo.

Jackson is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Korpisuo's half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jackson throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Jackson thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Korpisuo's head.

Jackson looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Korpisuo doesn't manage to clinch there - Jackson circles away.
Risto Korpisuo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A nice leg kick lands there from Korpisuo.
Sloppy strikes from Jackson. Those never looked like landing.
Korpisuo gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Jackson.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Jackson tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Korpisuo tries to bench press Jackson off him but Jackson keeps the position.
Korpisuo is trying to control Jackson's posture but Jackson avoids it.

Jackson misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Korpisuo dodges the ground and pound from Jackson.

Jackson in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
Both fighters take a look at the clock.

Jackson stands up and beckons Korpisuo to his feet.

Korpisuo gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kingdom Jackson dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Korpisuo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jackson moves away.

Korpisuo digs a good body shot into Jackson's ribs.
Jackson shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Korpisuo slips a straight right by Jackson.
Korpisuo tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Jackson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Korpisuo looks to land a combination but Jackson avoids it well.
Jackson throws a nice looking combination but Korpisuo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Korpisuo tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Jackson counters with a straight that turns Korpisuo's legs to rubber! Jackson pushes forward with more strikes and Korpisuo goes down, battered and bloody! That's a wrap folks!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kingdom Jackson!
