The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vieri throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Paniikki.
Paniikki dives in and grabs Vieri's left leg, looking for a takedown. Vieri pushes down on Paniikki's head and hops out.
Paniikki avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Vieri will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Paniikki drives through with a takedown into Vieri's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
