Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Greco Roman!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Taro Takaoka and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roman throws a jab but it's blocked by Lee.
Roman avoids the body shot from Lee.
Lee throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lee tries a low kick but Roman avoids it.
Lee keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Roman.
Lee jabs Roman right on the nose. Roman blinks but takes it well.
Lee lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Roman misses with a straight right.
Lee darts in and clinches Roman up against the cage.
Lee lands an elbow inside that Roman shrugs off.
Lee lands an uppercut.
Roman looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Lee gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Roman has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Lee avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Lee throws an elbow that misses.

Roman drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Lee gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Brayden Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Greco Roman.
A frustrated look appears on Roman's face as he tries to break the clinch.

A short body shot lands from Lee as the two fighters clinch.
Lee stalling.

Roman looks gassed!
Roman breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Lee jabs at Roman's body.
Lee scores with a kick to the midsection.

Roman walks forward, straight into a front kick from Lee.
Lee explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Lee lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Lee lands a slapping body shot.
Lee lands a head kick!
Roman takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Good leg kick by Lee there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Roman fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Brayden Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lee connects with a jab.
Nice body kick from Lee.
Lee misses with a series of wild punches.

Lee throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Lee clinches up against the cage.
Lee lands an elbow inside that Roman shrugs off.
Lee tries to stall but Roman uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Lee prevents Roman from breaking the clinch.

Roman drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Lee lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Roman backwards.
Nice elbow from Lee.
Lee creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Roman's defenses.
Roman blocks the elbow strike.
Roman misses with a hook from the clinch.
Roman wants to get back to striking at distance but Lee won't allow it.
Lee working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Lee lands an elbow inside that Roman shrugs off.
Lee working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Roman manages to break the clinch.
Lee tries to work over Roman's front leg with a kick but Roman checks it.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Lee - that will leave a mark!
Lee tries to clinch there but Roman circles away.
Roman throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lee's waist but Lee gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Roman off to one side.
Lee throws a quick inside leg kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Both fighters circling a little - Lee finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Roman closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lee circles away.
Lee lands a big head kick that sends Roman tumbling to the mat! Lee takes a step backwards and waves Roman back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Roman is rocked!
Lee chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Roman is still on wobbly legs! Can Lee finish him?
Lee measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Roman! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Brayden Lee!
