Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tatsuo Nakano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dariusz Ruslan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nakano's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Disturbed - Decadance. The crowd seem to be enjoying Ruslan's choice of entrance music: Hester Prynne. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruslan keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Nakano has hold of Ruslan's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Ruslan manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Nakano has control of Ruslan's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Ruslan regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Nakano is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Ruslan can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

That was a close round but I would say that Tatsuo Nakano will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Nakano has gone for a leg lock! Ruslan slips out almost immediately though and dives into Nakano's guard.

Nakano working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ruslan doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ruslan manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Nakano might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Nakano throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Ruslan escapes and throws Nakano's legs to the side, diving into side control!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Ruslan looks out of his depth in this position - he's holding on tight.
Nakano goes for an armbar but Ruslan turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Ruslan.
