The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Russell Pearce and Joseph Jones.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Taylor ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Watson ducks right into an uppercut from Taylor.
Watson showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Taylor.
Taylor with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Watson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Nice body kick from Taylor.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Watson throws a sloppy body shot
and Taylor counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Taylor circles away from the clinch attempt.
A head kick by Watson misses
and Taylor counters with a stiff right hand.
Watson walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Watson gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Taylor connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Watson's hands.

Watson is rocked!

Watson misses the jab.
Taylor is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Watson throws an off balance right hand
and Taylor counters with a stiff jab, followed by a cross and an uppercut! That's too much punishment for Watson to take - he tumbles to the canvas, blood pouring from his nose, barely conscious. That's the end of the fight! Great knockout by Taylor!

Bernhard Taylor decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
