The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hagler shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Coldcutts shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

and Coldcutts counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Coldcutts.
Hagler lands a nice knee to the body.

Hagler fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Coldcutts.

Hagler shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Coldcutts eats them both and turns towards Hagler to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Hagler misses with a head kick.
Hagler lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Hagler thuds his right hand into Coldcutts's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Hagler lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Hagler scores with the left hand. Coldcutts knows he should have avoided that one.
Hagler connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Coldcutts tumbling to the canvas! Hagler pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Coldcutts was done - good stoppage!
