Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zacharius Pendragon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Skeeter Gator (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gator has chosen Drop it Like its Hot as his entrance music. Skeeter Gator looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pendragon shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Pendragon drops back, looking for a kneebar! Gator looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Gator looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Gator!

Gator wants to get up but he can't break Pendragon's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gator gets caught napping as Pendragon dives in and scores a takedown. Gator manages to retain guard.

Pendragon decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Gator, up you get!

Pendragon throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Gator was covering up waiting for the punch and Pendragon finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Pendragon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gator swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Pendragon gets to his feet. Gator looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Pendragon goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Gator turns into him and now he's in Pendragon's guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Pendragon closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Gator is defending against the submission attempts here by Pendragon.

Skeeter Gator seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Pendragon changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gator looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Gator shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Pendragon but Pendragon pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Pendragon is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Gator to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Gator shrugs it off.

Pendragon is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Gator can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Pendragon jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Gator is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Gator and Pendragon has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Gator tries to lock up and control but Pendragon gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Pendragon is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Gator can do to turn this around?
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Pendragon bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
