Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between ZyD XyD Ix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miggery Sow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sow comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Master P kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
XyD Ix avoids the body shot from Sow.
Sow looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
XyD Ix throws a body kick that misses.
XyD Ix fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Sow closes the distance and clinches.
XyD Ix pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Sow lands a shot to the body.
Sow tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
XyD Ix lands a nice elbow.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Sow as XyD Ix tries to tie him up.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Sow is on top in guard.
Sow pushes down on XyD Ix's leg and manages to get into half guard.

XyD Ix knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sow on the ground.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
XyD Ix feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Sow's calf.
Sow misses with a head kick.
ZyD XyD Ix is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Sow shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Sow showed some decent athleticism there.
Sow wants to control but XyD Ix is keeping him busy.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Sow takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Sow! XyD Ix is out on his feet! Sow rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - XyD Ix is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! XyD Ix is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
