The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brigglett lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Brigglett rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Halperin moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Brigglett misses with a straight right.
Brigglett tries to land a front kick but Halperin steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Halperin fails with a takedown attempt.
Brigglett tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Halperin shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Brigglett sprawls well. Brigglett wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Halperin gets slowly back to his feet.
Halperin looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Daniel Halperin. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Brigglett scores with a sloppy right hand. Halperin should have avoided that one.

Brigglett lands a left and a right that send Halperin crashing to the mat, dazed. Brigglett thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Brigglett moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Halperin! Brigglett continues to tee off on Halperin, landing with a left and a right! Brigglett connects with a right hand that leaves Halperin sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Brigglett!
