PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Wazz Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Viktor Kulakov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kulakov has chosen Lube-Shparu as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Silva throws a head kick that misses.
Danga de danga de dang - Kulakov scores with a four punch combination!
Silva tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Silva moves away from the strike by Kulakov.
Silva gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Silva throws a sloppy head kick and Kulakov moves out of range easily.
Nice body kick there by Silva.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Silva misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kulakov slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Kulakov lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Silva circles away quickly and effectively.
Silva will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Sloppy strikes from Kulakov. Those never looked like landing.
Kulakov walks forward, straight into a front kick from Silva.
Silva lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Some wild striking there from Kulakov.
Viktor Kulakov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kulakov will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Kulakov fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Kulakov misses the shot to the body.
Silva has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Silva is rocked!
Kulakov lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Silva head around and knocks him out cold! Kulakov hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
