Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Edward Pattinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wiz Khalifa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Wiz Khalifa!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Tarja Halkonen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khalifa shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Pattinson sprawls well. Pattinson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Khalifa gets slowly back to his feet.
Khalifa fails with the takedown
and Pattinson counters with a nice uppercut.

and Pattinson counters with an inside leg kick.
Edward Pattinson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wiz Khalifa.
Khalifa tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Pattinson counters with a big head kick but Khalifa shrugs it off.
Pattinson has closed the distance and engaged Khalifa in a clinch.
Pattinson pulls Khalifa into guard.
Khalifa has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Pattinson to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Khalifa is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Pattinson pulls down on the head and he's put Khalifa to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Edward Pattinson!
