Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Omar Makhdoom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Strikes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Makhdoom comes to the cage accompanied by The Rocky Theme. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Makhdoom lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Makhdoom.

It looks like Carlos Strikes has been cut.
Strikes on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

Makhdoom tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Strikes was well out of range. Poor timing from Makhdoom.
Carlos Strikes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Strikes takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Makhdoom is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
