Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Wazz Dakka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pelle Paniikki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paniikki is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by N'sync - Bye Bye Bye. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paniikki shoots in but Dakka avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Paniikki drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Paniikki jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Paniikki uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Dakka.

Paniikki has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Dakka is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Paniikki.
