Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamie Lewis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lewis has chosen Remedy by Cold as his entrance music. Jamie Lewis has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 1, fighting out of New York, James Miller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 14 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jamie Lewis!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Anthony Taglia and Joseph Jones.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Miller gets a takedown into half guard.
Miller winds up and cracks Lewis with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Miller escapes and gets back to his feet.
Lewis looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Lewis takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Lewis throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Lewis looks to land a combination but Miller avoids it well.
Lewis misses with the combination.

Miller closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Miller fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Miller can't break the clinch.
Lewis is trying to break the clinch but Miller has him pressed against the cage.
Miller can't get the takedown.
Lewis lands with a left to the head.

Lewis breaks the clinch.

Lewis instigates a clinch.
Lewis wants to get back to striking at distance but Miller won't allow it.
Lewis should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Lewis misses with a punch on the inside.
The referee calls for Miller to work.

Lewis tightens his grip and picks Miller up, before dumping him to the ground. Miller manages to land in guard.
Miller will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Lewis throws a strike but Miller rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Miller passes Lewis's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Miller drops an elbow to the side of Lewis's head.

Miller stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Lewis looks gassed!

Lewis tries to keep at a distance but Miller has taken the fight into the clinch.

Miller pulls guard successfully.
Lewis would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Miller bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Lewis's guard.

Miller is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Lewis gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Lewis wants to get back to his feet but Miller is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Miller stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Miller connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Lewis tumbling to the canvas! Miller pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Lewis was done - good stoppage!
