The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sole takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

It looks like Dave Torrua has been cut.
Torrua shoots for a double leg takedown but Sole sprawls well. He's pushed Torrua's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Jab, jab by Sole - just one landing.
Torrua tries to clinch there but Sole circles away.
Torrua tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sole swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Torrua fails in his attempt to clinch.
Sole cracks Torrua with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sole fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Torrua.
Donk. Sole catches Torrua right on the button with a cross.

That has opened up Dave Torrua's cut even more.
Torrua looks gassed!
Sole stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Sole wants it to stay on the feet.

Oh, that's a big right hand from Sole and Torrua goes tumbling to the canvas! Sole follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

Torrua is rocked!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Sole scores with a big shot! Torrua's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Torrua! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
