PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Creed (ranked 1695 p4p, 2325 weight class) and Bjorn Akerfeldt (ranked 235 p4p, 319 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Bjorn Akerfeldt was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bjorn Akerfeldt!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Albert Achterberg and Saam Ante.

Creed throws an overhand right that lands on Akerfeldt's shoulder, as Akerfeldt tries to avoid the shot.
Creed backing away here, and Akerfeldt unleashes a leg kick that just misses.

Akerfeldt has hold of Creed's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Creed seems comfortable defending it but Akerfeldt has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Creed is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Creed is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Akerfeldt couldn't care less - he's delighted!

The defeated Gabriel Creed had this to say: 'I wasn't supposed to fight untill i Turned 18, My manager Forced me to take this fight on a 1 day notice. I want a rematch setup the day i Turn 18!!! '.
