This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the lightweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 0 losses; Lemony Snicket! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Amsterdam, with a TWGC record of 3 wins and 0 losses; Flibbo Banino!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Ian Loll and Yves DeLean.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Banino is looking to clinch.
Snicket tries to counter by clinching up but Banino breaks away and moves out of range.

Snicket has Banino up against the cage in a clinch.

Banino ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Banino no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Banino is trying to control the position but Snicket postures up.
Snicket stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Banino swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Snicket has control of Banino's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Banino regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Snicket has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Banino has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Snicket has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Banino can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Snicket working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Banino doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Banino manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
