The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haquerez goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
It looks like Oswaldo Leao has been cut.
Haquerez lands a nice leg kick that just misses Leao's sensitive parts.

Haquerez closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Leao sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Haquerez is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Leao has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Haquerez is looking to defend but Leao has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Haquerez! Leao pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Haquerez taps out and this one is all over!
