and Fire counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for St Stone!
Fire cracks St Stone with an elbow. That is naaassty.

St Stone is looking for a sweep. Fire is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fire working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

St Stone might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
What can St Stone do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Fire lands a good shot there. St Stone covers up! Fire smells blood and goes for the finish - the referee warns St Stone to improve his position but he's not intelligently defending himself and the referee has no choice but to step in and end the fight! Fire jumps to his feet and celebrates the important win with his cornermen!
