The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
La Croix throws a jab but it's blocked by Khan.
Khan digs a good hook to La Croix's body.

Khan looks to score with a jab to the body but La Croix is just out of range.
Yormomza Khan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A decent looking cross lands there for La Croix.

It looks like Yormomza Khan has been cut.
La Croix throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Khan sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Khan swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
La Croix feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Khan's calf.

With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Khan creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

La Croix lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
