The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snow shoots in for a takedown but Cleve shows good takedown defense.
It looked like Cleve was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Snow.

Snow shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Cleve's guard.
Cleve is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Cleve looking for a sweep. Not yet Cleve, not yet.

Cleve is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Snow is aware though and is defending well.
Snow stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cleve swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Chester escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Nibali gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Chester is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Nibali really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Chester. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Nibali not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Chester feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The fight stays on the outside here - Lofmark looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Ryan throws a leg kick which misses Lofmark's front leg but catches the back leg as Lofmark tries to avoid it.
Lofmark chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Ryan can pounce on him.
Lofmark throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Ryan sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Jimmy Ryan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ryan throws a leg kick but Lofmark checks it.

Lofmark scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Ryan is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Lofmark can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
