The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Todd tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Summers was well out of range. Poor timing from Todd.

Summers clinches with his opponent.

Summers goes for a takedown in the clinch but Todd prevents it.

and Todd counters with a crisp right that sends Summers to the canvas! Todd follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!

Duarte fails with the takedown
and Saltzman counters with a nice uppercut.

Saltzman shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Saltzman showed some decent athleticism there.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Saltzman is nestled in close to Duarte, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
