I think Naga might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Heretic Anthem. Guillaume Mein has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Kris Naga's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mein shoots in looking for a takedown but Naga manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mein's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Naga defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Mein.
Naga connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Mein takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Naga has Mein up against the cage in a clinch.

Naga breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Mein will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Let's hope that Mein has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

That was a close second round but I would say that Kris Naga will probably get the nod.

Undercard bout

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Anderson Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Sorrowe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anderson Jones had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 171.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Sean Sorrowe was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Bhaltair gets control of Wang's arms and successfully pulls guard. Bhaltair will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Bhaltair is looking for a triangle but Wang pushes his legs off easily.
Bhaltair not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Bhaltair trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Wang. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
Wang sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Bhaltair's guard.

Wang is trying for a kimura here. Bhaltair looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Wang wins by kimura!
