Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mortimer Plumbtree (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bariga Kodeinich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Plumbtree comes to the cage accompanied by White and Nerdy. Kodeinich has chosen Codeine as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Kodeinich feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Jules throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Folayang crumples to the floor and the fight is over!

and Tao takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Rizzo Jr swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Rizzo Jr throws a right and a left that both miss.
Rizzo Jr sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
